How many threads can I use in GSA with 30 GB RAM?

GSA is a 32-bit program so will only be able to use ~4GB RAM max, but as for threads you should just continue to increase them until you hit 85-90% cpu and/or 3GB RAM usage, then you'll have a ceiling you should keep to.

When GSA reaches 3GB RAM usage - it pops out of memory error message.
With 300 thread running i was getting this message constantly.
But some people are running 1000 thread (with a lot of proxies).

I usually don't go past 600 threads when processing links since it tends to cause errors and doesn't really increase speed
