GSA SER vs ScrapeBox - Can you compare them?

Number of proxies depends on what amount of backlinks you are building and with what speed ! Captcha breaker is the captcha solving tool from GSA itself. You have to buy it separately ! Yes, a captch solving tool is a must thing you should have in order to build links ! But there are many options for captcha solving tools but i would recommend GSA captcha breaker.
Gsa have lots of features and can post to multiple platform like web2.0 , comments, profiles, directories etc. While using scrape box you can only get blog comment links. So scrape box is completely not good for your money site however its good for the low tier.
For GSA this software also generate low quality links so for my point of view its also useless to use for your money site. Both GSA and scrapebox can be use for only lower tier links.

But I guess in order for GSA to post on web 2.0's, we would have to have our own list of web 2.0's with username and password? Correct me if I'm wrong.
