it is when u blast as much as possible links as quickly as possible to one money site.
you can expect to get that site very quickly on the top of google.
BUT that site will not stay long because it is very spammy black hat method and google will soon ban it.
but in time when it is on top of google you should make some good profit.
so, all in all, you need to do good research for KW that can rank quickly and that will make good profit if you have page on top of google...
usually it can be some high paying CPA / Affiliate offer, or building list of high paying niche...

churn and burn means you rank for a site by providing heavy backlinks but it will rank only for short time ..

But frankly speaking, i would say that it's a fair amount of time for SEO-ing. If 'get rich quick' methods are what you're looking for, then i guess SEO is just not the thing to go for.
