GSA SER Tier 2 & Tier 3 Advice !

Hello everyone,
First of all sorry for my English. So, yesterday I bought Search Engine Ranker and I scheduled a campaign to create tier 2 backlinks to one of my high authority manual creating web 2.0.
A friend gave me a big list with urls for run SER and I set it up with minimum PR 1 and OBL 100 targeting my Tier 1. Now that the campaign finished, I want to create Tier 3 to the just created (tier 2) backlinks.

1. Is it safe to run again the same url list to create tier 3 ? How can I set SER to not create duplicate accounts and backlinks ?
2. For tier 3, can I use the same email accounts that I used for tier 2 or I must create new email accounts ? (and if anyone knows, how many email accounts is it good to use per profile ?)
3. Do I have to set any limit to PR and OBL for tier 3 backlinks ?

Any HELP would be greatly appreciated

You can probably run the same list but why not let it go out and find new sites? You won't have any trouble finding websites to post on for tier 3 links.

You cannot (should not, rather) use the same email accounts for 2 campaigns. Just create a few more it will take you 5 minutes.

You can be very lenient with the tier 3 restrictions. Your tier 2 restrictions seem pretty low so maybe stick with something similar (min PR0 & OBL<50-100).

If I run the same list again, is there any way to avoid duplicates ? I mean that I do not want tier 3 backlink target to the same url tier 2 ? Maybe it is a better idea to let it find new urls as you suggested.

Can you please tell me what you suggest for PR and OBL for tier 2 and tier 3 ?

Is it good idea to set SER create only do follow backlinks for tier 2 ?
