GSA SER Proxy, help me.

hello, I want to ask about proxies regarding the use of GSA SER.


I want to try using surfshark vpn rotator as a proxy. has anyone tried it?

If you use Surfshark, do you need to configure it again in the GSA SER tool or not?


I need enlightenment.

Gsaser has proxy scrapper build in use that to scrape proxies. Checkout youtube tutorials on how to do it.
Serfshark vpn will be like 1 shared proxy you will need 100s of proxies constantly scrapped and tested on the background.
 
I go with 1 Proxy per 10 thread for paid. 7 for paid shared.
GSA Proxy scraper with a good Setup can give you enough for 1000 Threads.
Good and stable e-Mails are necessary. Get 3 to 5 Domains or cheaper Subdomains and create chatchalls.

if youre wanting any sort of success with automated tools for seo, youre eventually going to have to shell out for decent proxies. stop playing around with a vpn, it will just waste your time and give you no results. the cost of proxies should be baked into whatever business plan expenses you have
 
It is only wasting time and effort. It is hundreds of thousands of people who tried with a lot of experiences here. Go and buy proxy.

I fully agree with @cherub — if you're aiming for success, you need to invest. Without leveraging a VPS for GSA, quality proxies, catchall emails, Xevil, and high-quality content, you're out of the game before it even begins.

What do you think about proxy data center? Regarding emails, which offshore hosting do you use? or do you use a vps

You don't need offshore hosting for catchall as long as you need hosting for incoming and not for smtp.

For proxies as your link list provider what they use . I use myself two providers as I have subbed with special discount. Both of them use by my go to link list providers. I try to match the original verified list setup to get best success. Like others said don't waste on public proxies or the vpn.
 
Don't use VPN's, you'll get a lot more red flags and captchas. Go with rotating residential proxies

A data center proxies will are working very good wit GSA Ser and is also on budget. I know many suggest not to use a VPN and best to use paid proxies (semi dedicated , dedicated or even rotating ) however since i own few copies of GSA SER one of copy i run with nord vpn.

I should say its super slow and not worth for someone who runs only one copy of the software. Since i own hundreds of sites and multiple copies of the software its ok. However want to say its better than nothing.. its better than running it on your ISP or VPS IP. But please use semi dedicated data center proxies if you are using a good link list etc or you gonna waste it

hey i have bought as you said in another thread. i bought webshare proxy and ISP Proxy from rayobyte.

Can you tell me about the proxy settings? so that webshare proxy only works for scraping and ISP only for posting (submit, verify)

you ideally dont want to scrape using SER, just use your rayobyte proxies in it for posting. scraping should be done using another app. I would usually say scrapebox but the newer google updates mean its slower than ever
 
for your own safety it is better not to use vpn, choose a few reliable servers and work with them periodically checking their cleanliness
