the thing is some sites are always going to be dying, but all you really need is a high success list. Like I clean the list daily, and Im sure others do too, so you just need that.

you can always ask about the refund policy. Like I have always told people, try it, if it works for your needs great. If not, let me know in like the first 10 days and then I just give them a refund. Rarely does someone ask for a refund.

I don't sell lists that large any longer. I mean google has changed and so the majority of people don't want that much. I would just check the BST here on BHW and then see what size the lists are. The list size and price are likley noted.

its best to subscribe for longer plans on subscription based services . i subbed for yearly plan on few lists which costs few bucks per month. nowdays its cheaper to buy a list than scraping and all the hassles
