GSA SER is a automation tool . Results depend on whats you going to automate and efficacy. I have been using GSA from 2009 to now and thats one of best SEO link building tools ever built. Also Xrummer!
I can't imaging link building without those tools lol!

If you make your own domain email, does this mean that one domain is one catch-all email? No matter how much you can make emails with aliases?

Actually, i have seen it even not there but here few months ago. I have got multiple link lists with many vendors including yours.
