Hello,

I have a list of verified links with auto approval but to 99% I get "no engine matches". I have selected only German, Austrian and Swiss search engines.

Does someone know how to avoid this?

Regards

If You`re intending to use a list, why do You check SE?

Instead - check Your proxies, keywords list.

Thanks, I'm a beginner regarding GSA SER.

So, you recommend to uncheck this option?

If you have a private list there you should import it as a global list and have the status set at use global list only, then you should be fine

Is there a way to add the list a bit quicker? Because the list includes 500.000 URL's and the progress would take weeks or months.

IF that list is in ser native format (.sl) just go options- advnced -tools-import list. instead that`s the way

Can I convert the txt file to sl ?

If you have a folder containing site lists sorted by platform-engine;

Go to (Global) Options => Advanced and look for the dropdown arrow next to the sitelist file paths. Set your Identified (For example) file path to be the location of the folder with the text files, then go => tools => export site list =. Identified, and save the .sl file somewhere, to be imported later.

If all of the URLs are just in one .txt file;

Either use the sort and identify function, or just right click on a project/s and import them directly in.

Thank you but unfortunately it's just one big txt file

Then no you can't, you will have to use the import url option, but even a 500K list woulsd not take up more then a view minutes, even with a one GB ram VPS.

Yeah I see, but now, when I start a project all I get is "no engine matches". How can I turn off SE's?

AFAIK "No engine matches" means that GSA SER cant match the URL with an engine that you have got selected for your project/s to post to.

I.e, If you import a URL list of Drupals into a project that only has Buddypress checked to post to, then you will get that message.

Also, to turn off search engines, go to the project options tab, right click in the box where the serch engines can be checked, and click "check none" from the popup.
