GSA SER for Tier 2 links?

Hi,

I have created 20 web 2.0s for my tier 2 links which decent content and images etc.

Now, is it safe to blast these web 2.0s with as many links everyday using GSA SER with Domain PR1+?

Or will this get my money site slapped?

Whats the proper method?

Yes people even use GSA on their money site, you're safe.

If you build web 2.0 and blast them at GSA sites its safe ?
Why other TLD's are not safe? Any reason ?
