Hi,

I set up a campaign on GSA SER last night to start submitting backlinks to my Tier 1's..

I pressed "start" on the campaign this morning, and after 15 minutes every thing keps saying..

09:52:23: [ ] 000/000 [Page END] results on......
09:52:25: [ ] 000/000 [Page END] results on ......

This has given me 0 submitted and 0 verified backlinks so far!

Do you know what the problem is?

I have googled and found one thread about problems with the proxies.. I bought 10 proxies from buyproxies.org. 7 of which are not working according to GSA SER!!??

Have you tested the proxies with SB, and what kind of sites do you target?

Uk based, ive set the campaign to target web2.0s, blog comments, social bookmarks, forums

It looks to me like GSA is struggling to scrape targets for you to post to.

Check your selected search engines, keywords, proxies, and proxy settings in the options tab.

I selected the option to use all uk based sites, m keywords are all related to the hair/ beauty niche and I have around 20 set up for this campaign. Gsa is telling me that only 3 of the 10 proxies from buyproxies.org are working?!

Well for starters you need more keywords, put only your target keywords to the anchors field, but for the keywords field, put as many as you can. I usually import 100k+ keywords to every campaign. These are they keywords GSA SER will use to scrape your targets, more keywords = more targets found

I used GSA to check proxies by "check all against google search" Here is the result..

I thought buyproxies.org were reliable?

Testing 10 proxies...
Waiting for last threads to finish...
Finished. 0/10 tested proxies seem to work.

Make sure your IP is white listed in your buyproxies control panel. If you already did that and they don't work, just open a ticket and ask to have your proxies replaced.

add more keywords if the niche is not popular GSA has problems finding pages corresponding to your search words.

Really, we need to see more of your settings to see what might be happening. Did you mark your proxies as private after testing?

Hi,

Yes they are marked as private. I have around 25-30 keywords I am now targeting and they are quite popular keywords in the health/ beauty niche so I do not think GSA would have trouble finding targets?

10's of keywords is nothing.

People who really find a lot of targets use 100k's.

If you continue using niche related keywords, don't expect to find a lot of results. How many sites do you think are out there that SER can hit about athletes foot or whatever?

edit: You need to read the SER forum until your eyes burn. Just wanted to let you know.

So, ask replacement of Your proxies AND add few more keywords to the project - at least 100-200

Have you tried getting in touch with GSA support? They are extremely helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely use that as a starting point.

Thanks for everyones suggestions. I contacted buyproxies.org. 3 of the 10 proxies were dead so they replaced them for me. I reloaded them all and they all worked perfect.

I have now started my campaign, but I have 1100 submitted links but only 19 verified?? This seems very low??

i have it set to a mixture of do-follow and no-follow and anything from PR1 to PR9.

What sort of submissions to verified do most people get? any idea mine is so low?

Donald's right, answers are in the GSA Forum. Proxies are pretty much everything. But usually [End] [/End] only applies to verifying, not building. Make sure you turn off "re-verifying" in your campaign settings. Every time SER hits the search engines and doesn't find targets, it tries to find something to do until enough seconds pass before it can hit the engines again. If you have "re-verify" turned on it will continually re-verify your old links. Slows it down BIG time. Turn that shit off. I put tons of SER tutorials on YT, check 'em out: http://www.youtube.com/user/SlingSEO/videos
