So I bought this last night to try it out. I set up a single URL and let it run all night.
It's already at over 21,000 submitted and 14,000 verified links.

Questions:
#1. Should I just let this run on the primary domain for a week or two getting as many links as possible, or should I only run this for a day here and there?
#2. Should I be running each article on the site as a seperate URL to build links for or just focus on the primary domain?

Thanks for any advice.

21,000 submitted and 14,000 verified links? Very good ratio!
Which engines do you use?

Ad 1) I'm not sure that I understand what you mean. You throw 14.000 verified links to your money site? :o
Ad 2) Build your links not only to the homepage but take care of interlinking method between each article.

dont run it direct to your money site ...... i think nearly everybody uses it for tier 1.

Use GSA for tiered links not your money site IMO. Definitely do not run it to your money site for a week or two.

Brand new site and 14k links in one day???? Are you going for negative seo .....

I have 13 sites I'm working on building. 4 of them have 3 to 5 year old aged domains. I'm not using this software to build links directly to my conversion site.
I'm just trying to build up all of the sites linking to it.

How do I add article directories to my verified list or to my initial submission list?

Little knowledge is a dangerous thing - you blasted 14,000 links in under 12 hours. i dont create more than 50 verified links a day... please read GSA best practice guide.

Having said that, that ratio is really good - personally i use that sort of volume on my T3 links

Will not question about your strategy, but you can set schedule and number of backlinks point your chosen site.

For tier linking, you can target various URLs, in GSA you can pretty much automatic everything, just that it requires some work initially.

Hope this Help.

Nope, they are all mine.
I am still learning about SEO, obviously and learning how to use the various tools. I read the informative threads here as I can find them but many are just threads from veterans downing others for their lack of experience and knowledge while not offering any real insight. So, I'm learning what I can as I find solid articles or threads.
