Hi, can I please ask some few questions? I'm also using GSA SER. I'm really noob to this
I hope you can help me...
1. Please suggest me all the kind of links that are good for Youtube backlinks. Like articles, blog comments, etc..
2. Is spamming backlinks still works for now?
3. Does high PR links matter now for ranking Youtube videos??
4. How many verified links should I make for tier 1?
5. And also, is it ok to have no follow links to it? Thanks in advance!

1. Any kind of links will work, though for YT best are social signals
2. Yep for sure it works without any restrictions when building links to the video, Google won't penalize it
3. The higher PR is always the better
4. There is no set amount, try building tier 1 with your best links
5. Yes, no follow are good for diversification

Disagree with a few points here.
1. The best links are relevant high-pr links from diverse sources

It can rank it like above guys gave some suggestions if you know what are you doing also EMS depends of your vid keyword too
