As far as I know, its been a while since we've had a PR update, but I know from the past I was able to get my PR up by getting links with PR with SER. Although, I can't guarantee any PR increase or that PR will even be updated by Google.
Ya, unfortunately if you are from a country that requires VAT, there's nothing we can do about it. The discount code should knock the price down from $99 to $79 so that takes about 20% off as well.

hello. I can't not find an option to post a new thread for forum type?
I ticked Forum, but no tab added or field added where I can put tittle, content like Article type? Only forum comments, but I dont want that. I want to enter keywords, SER will find me a target site to post to, maybe in the same Box(Area) of target URL found, but have to create new thread/topic.
Like this thread is on "SEO - Link building", and SER find some URL have some threads/topics contains some of my keywords, it will create a new threads/topics in the same box of that URL.
I can't seem to find that option.
2. also, I have list of forum/article site (not sure the site list or not), how to import it to SER and let SER post to that site lists only, not via search engine?
3. when ticked Article tab, I put keywords and anchor texts in there, all information, but why GSA try to post to the sites that no irrelevant to my keywords?
I thought it will use the keywords to find the sites to post?

1) Right now SER isn't really for forum thread posting, but there is an option if you click on your project options, find the box that says, "types of backlinks to create" then scroll down and select "forum post". It's going to use the forum subject/comment fields in the data tab for posting.
2) You can right click on the project > import target URLS, to actually import the list into your project. If you don't want it to scrape from the search engine, open the project, go to project options tab >
scroll down to the search engine selection box > right click > select "check none".
3) Certain platforms use keywords by default and others don't. If you go into the project options you can choose "always use keywords to find target sites" and it will always use a keyword in the query while searching, however, that doesn't mean only niche targeted results will be returned. Its like if you go to google and type in a footprint + your keyword, you will see it brings back relevant results and then other sites that might not be as relevant are mixed in. If you want things to be as relevant as possible you can use the option in the project options "at least x keywords must be present on" and if you click on the linked text in that option, it will change and give you other options. This forces the software to only post on sites where your keyword is present on the site, in the <title>, URL, etc.

think you should ask sven to ask more features about posting new threads in forum like Article, since it's not many option to choose, and I see verified links from forum type are only from profiles, not from post thread.
and for SEO question, is it ok/fine (for Google ranking) if it will create backlinks to English sites (my site is non-English) and not related to my niche?

It has been asked before in the past, but Sven didn't like the idea of posting forum threads. Either way, you can put in the feature request easily yourself by going to the support forum and posting it in the feature request section.
The seo question - That might be better asked somewhere else, I've never ranked a foreign site myself, but if you go to the keywords you want to rank for and inspect the backlink profile of the top 10 results, see what your competitors backlink profile looks like and if there are English links mixed in as well. You can always set SER to scrape from a specific search engine related to your country and set it to only post to certain domain extensions, but of course success rate will probably be a lot less.

1. for how many private proxies would you recommend for Submission, Verification, Email-Checking? and is it ok to use private proxies or semi-private proxies to scrape and PR checking? I read so many thread/articles on internet said Google will ban very soon.
2. I asked the first question because I've been using GSA SER (with GSA CB + DeathByCaptcha + 5 private proxies from BuyProxies.org) for 3 days, added around >120 keywords or sth, but it submit really small amount and only getting around 15 verified links/ day. And it used up to 700 captchas from DeathbyCaptcha in 2 days! I use private proxies for Submission, Verification, Email-Checking; public proxies for PR checking and Search Engine. Do you recommend to buy ScrapeBox to scrape the list? Using ScrapeBox will need private proxies too, and how many are ok?
3. For private proxies do you recommend reverseproxies.com? (use reverse proxy port auto switch 10min)
4. One of the reasons I've been getting small amount of verified links is GSA SER does not support well the UNICODE/UTF-8 font! As you can see in the picture below it show the error charracter (from my language - non English). How to fix that?

1) I use 50 shared proxies and they work fine so yes shared proxies should be ok if the vendor you're buying from isn't sharing them between too many users.
2) Public proxies are most likely your problem. Unless you have a good set of Google passed proxies, the public proxies aren't going to yield that great of results due to their going up and down, speed, etc. Scrapebox is a great tool to invest in if you want to scrape lists. Also, if you don't have experience with SB and don't have the time to learn it, you can try banditim's scraper which is probably the easiest scraper to use and requires no proxies on your part.
3) I've actually never tried them before, but they might work better for scraping, not sure about posting in SER. Backconnect proxies I've used in the past were awesome for scraping but for posting in SER weren't as good as some shared proxies. That's just been my experience in the past.
4) Sven (developer) can answer that better than me so I'll run it by him and get back to you shortly. What language is that exactly?

1-2. Is it ok to use 10 private proxies for Submission, Verification, Email-Checking, then another 10 private proxies (will set it public) for Scraping and PR Check google with custom wait time between 1-2min. Will be less banning?
4. It's Vietnamese. May you ask Sven to fix (or to add) that feature that support UNICODE/UTF-8

Yes, that is fine but I would rather just use the 20 proxies everywhere and not separate them if they're all private proxies. I'd rather have 20 private proxies in rotation for scraping/PR check than 10. Might as well use all of them there.
*Edit* - Vietnamese should be working fine. The conversion is skipped in the log to speed things up, but its happening fine during submission, search, etc.
Hmm strange .. had other orders today without problems. Sometimes it can be a javascript issue or something like that in the checkout form and switching browsers does the trick.

it's not working right on my side. when search using error charracter it shows 0 results in search engine, that's lead to no sites to post to
yes, it's fine for submission, but i need to get it done the scraping first. it's now showing a lot of fail character.

Sorry, unfortunately can't extend the trial.
In one image you have some public proxy options configured but then in the other image you have it set to use private proxies. Are you using public or private proxies?
Did you select a search engine to scrape from that accepts your language or are you using the default selected search engines? In the project options you should try switching to a search engine for your country and you might get better results returned. The text should only be incorrect in the log, not while searching.

Yes, I did, from beginning.
I dont know if it just show in the log, but it return 0 results for search term and no site to post to.
I believe it's a bug. Because I inserted like 150 keywords but always show fail character for every search term and always show "000/000 results on Google/*any search engine selected in my country*".
