gsa search engine ranker does not verify links only submitting

im facing a problem that my gsa wont verify links

its just verify a little urls and thought the submitted links is alot but not verifying

i did bought 10 private proxies with big verifying urls list and 3 paid e-mails

but the same number of verifying url still
