With Penguin 3.0 all done rolling out. I just had a couple questions for you guys.

So we all know that most sites using GSA for tier 1 got hit. I've completely turned off my GSA for now.
Will anybody still be using GSA to build? Will building direct links have automatic negative SEO effect?
Would anyone like to buy my GSA software lol?
I was wondering which platforms people think caused that massive correlation of everyones sites getting hit.

I'm pretty sure my website either got hit for backlinks, or dmca and they just decided to take everything out on that hosting account. I consider all those websites died.

My first assessment is that GSA correlation to my hit sites is 100%. But in the past 48 hours I've also seen a major spike in Googlebot crawling, so maybe they've released an older index and are now refreshing it. GSA may not have been the cause, in which case I'll update my other thread to reflect that fact.

Its complete nonsense is what it is. But yes if you were rapidly link building then you got busted even if was to your tier 1 only. Perhaps you need to make a tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 then send your spam links to your tier 3's and keep your tier 1s and 2s with super unique content.

I think GSA, in itself is not the problem. Its more the footprints you leave on your tiers that get you caught.

F##king footprints!

What I've been continously reading is that people make their tier 1 as clean as possible by manually building them and using them as buffer sites by sending somewhat quality in tier 2 and spam bullshit in tier 3.
