GSA Proxies Are Banned

Hey there,

first time ever using GSA and Proxies, just bought 50 proxies and now all of them are banned on Google.

I use GSA Website to reach out to sites.

Im 100% sure Im doing something wrong, that I get banned so fast.

My current setting was just the default setting with 280 Threaths for Checking/Submission and 280 Threaths for Scraping/Search and then I just looked up relevant keywords via GSA to find sites to send a form submit.

Please if you have any tips of what my setting should be, or how you use GSA to reach out to sites.

Considering that Google requires a javascript-capable environment for them to display SERP data now, I don't think GSA will be capable of scraping anything from them. It's probably not your proxies being banned per-se, it's more likely that GSA won't be able to get a SERP in the first place, so the app thinks it's the proxies fault. Ideally you will need another app to scrape target urls and then you import them into your GSA app.

Hm thanks for potinting it out.

Somehow thought that GSA already figured a work around out for that.

I guess I will just get a list of URL via Ahrefs.
 
I've found rotating residential proxies to be the best for GSA as you get access to a whole pool of millions of IP's then only pay for the data you consume
 
You need to use better proxies. Preferably residential or mobile (4G/5G) proxies.
 
Try using lower thread counts, targeting niche sites, and rotating proxies frequently to avoid bans.

Now majority of proxies are banned again.

Seems like I over did it and Google dont likes that, likey not having run any searches on them for a couple of them caused the proxies to get unbanned.
 
Now almost all proxies are unbanned from google.

So not using them for google for 2-4 hrs will reset them.
 
To parse google you need to pass javascript challenge and then it depends heavily on the quality of proxies. Will there be recaptcha or not. It is very expensive to parse google, if you parse it without tricks (but they still exist)
 
Scraping Google has been a lot harder recently.

For me, I just uses 3rd party scraping apps like SerpAPI to handle it

Okey got it.

Have you ever tried DataForSEO, I think its the cheapest tool to get SERP data from.

Compared it in the past with a bunch of other once.
