GSA Problem "No targets to post to"

Can anyone here solve this problem I have. I'm running GSA and after roughly 1hour later I get this message, this is 2nd time it's appeared. I've created around 3k links.

"No targets to post to (Posts per account: 5, Accounts per site: 5, Minutes to wait for first post: 0-5, Minutes to wait for next post: 120-120, Minutes to wait for next signup: 10-50) [first appeared at 2023-09-04 06:20]"

Not sure what its trying to tell me.

I have a good verified list added from trusted source (around 5GB ) of links), around 5million.

Using Instant Proxies 25.

I want to try an understand each issue I encounter to learn little bit more.

It means you have 0 target sites where you want to post to.
Are not you using linklist or it has all finished posting

Right click project import target from file and select linklist

Thanks for reply. If your meaning am I using a verified link list then, yes. Its a monthly subscription, around 5 million I can build.

Currently verified 3k, submitted 400.
