All list are mostly nofollow.
In project setting you can select do-follow engines and check to not make nofollow links.
This way GSA makes backlinks very slow and you can get about 40-50% do-follow links.

In project window right click in engines select tab and "Uncheck engines with nofollow/do-follow links".
In project Options - check "Try to skip creating nofollow links".
Some sites like Wiki sites are almost all no follow, check which engines are creating do follow and select only those. Then apply the setting mentioned by the user above
