gsa links with 301

Hi, I was looking at buying this program (gsa link builder) and was wondering if it was recommended to use a 301 redirect from a different domain when doing this? I'm going to buy an expired domain and juice it with links.

Its highly recommended to 301 redirect it from different domain . As GSA is great tool fro tier 2 links not tier 1.

It tends to never go out of fashion. The primary metric is in how fast Google finds out. If it takes weeks, the method is declared "alive" and there will be 100s of blog posts about how a blackhat managed to cheat the system. If it takes days, the method is declared "dead" and all the whitehats rejoice... basically

I saw a site rankng with 301s in a low competition niche a few days ago. The method no longer works like it used to, but it still works, especially when the links involved are not complete garbage.

Make sure the domain has good link diversity or it'll raise flags.

Anybody use 301 Nuke for creating redirects? I have it but not used much to be honest. I tried a small tiered project to a niche site and did not see much in the way of ranking improvements.

does it matter what type of domain I use for my 301? I specialize in video production, so assuming the domain I'm using to link to isnt a porn site will it make a difference? What about buying a domain within your country, I'm in Canada and not sure if a US site will cause problems.
