how safe is this?
how safe is it to inner pages?

If I were to blast gsa contextual links like 20 links per day to the money site, would it be ok?

is the reason gsa links are unsafe because of the content?

The reason gsa links are unsafe is because they are garbage links... don't point them at a website you care about.

They are straight up spam links that leave footprints that isn't hard for Google to spot as unnatural.

If you're using the default SER engines I'd say links direct to money site are a no-no, cuz everyone will be abusing them. If you've got your own self-developed engines and you feel they're of decent quality, why not point them to your money site.

I would use them as tier 2/3 honestly and leave a window in case I get some down rankings to remove the links easier (tier 1 directly).

yeah agree with what most people saying here, don't risk it on your money site. Use a mixture of PBNs and other links on your MS. and Boost your tier 2s with GSA if you have to.
