i have all tools GSA SER & indexer and hosting account in fileice maxbounty adworkmedia cf but i dont know where i can start :(

you have thousands of guides here.. go search for something that is working for you

everyone has to start somewhere, think of what you like to do and make something out of it
 
where i can find this guides everything is about youtube+ppd i dont love this method because YT delete account like a crazy
 
Why dont you ask your aff managers about high EPC campaigns and start building some good sites or landing pages around them?
 
So you bought the tools with no idea what you are going to do with them?
First think of a niche, then find a PPD/CPA guide in the making money area of the forum, you can also find some guide on the fileice forum. Read the guide and apply it to your niche. Since you have GSA make good use of it. Learn about the basics of SEO if you already didn't.
Read, apply, and repeat. You'll learn a lot in no time. Good luck :o
