GSA can make its own list but it will take time.. It is definitely worth it to make your own lists rather then buying it.

You can build your own cost efficiently.. just use GSA's captcha solver and Death by Captcha as the fallback resource.

Building your own lists gives you the bonus of relevance and more contextual links. I would use this method for links that go directly to your website.

What do you mean by "cleaning"? Is it "remove duplicate urls", "remove duplicate domains" and also "Clean-Up (Check and remove none working)"?
