i bought a few software recently and 1 of those is GSA captcha breaker, how do i know gsa captcha breaker is active ? i run both GSA ser and breaker , but breaker seem freeze it move over there , how to change to " view " Recognize to SOLVED ? any answer will appreciate .!! thanks

You should see recognized and solved in the bottom left hand corner of captcha breaker

there is only recognized but no solved , is that consider i am not running the software?

Check your options and make sure you have it configured correctly, such as in gsa ranker, make sure you have chosen the option to have captchas solved by gsa captcha breaker

also make sure you run CB as administrator.

i did, i uncheck the box "webserver " and run both GSA SER AND captch as admin as well , i got a funny felling like it never run??

The software can really know if the captcha is correctly solved. But as I can see from the picture everything is ok.

Everything looks fine. If you want, you can test it by running 3rd party captcha services with gsa breaker on and also off. Monitor the total amount spent for the same link database.
