GSA blast directly to a 4 year old site?

The blast should not affect how many page are indexed one way or the other. However, a visit from a lot of crawlers following links might mean that some misc pages (like tag or category pages, site maps and other bullshine) get de-indexed.
How many pages of actual content do you have on the site - and are they still all indexed?
I would ask what quality the GSA blast was, whether they used unique content, had good anchor variation, chose relevant sites to link from and made sure the quality of those sites was at least decent (and that certain link types were not used - like the PHP exploit).
But as you've already had the blast done, there is no point worrying about that.

No matter how good the link quality is , Blasting 10k signals = webspam and it doesn't look natural in anyway.

1 - The seller lied.
2 - The index is a living breathing thing that changes on a daily basis pages drop in an out.
3 - A lot of service providers don't actually have a clue what they are doing so if you are lucky they wont be able to get the links indexed/noticed and google wont care.

thanks for the info guys
my site is on blogger and i think it had something to do with the robots.txt file and custom robots
i had enabled custom robots.txt and enabled custom robots header tags
so i disabled them and deleted old sitemap from google webmaster and bing webmater and resubmitted the new updated sitemap.xml
this is how it looks now, hopefully the indexing picks up

I think you may or may not get a message from G, but almost certainly you did business with a bozo, and he has likely significantly compromised your sites overall SEO safety. You should actually expect to dance for almost the duration of this "drip-feeding," and then don't be surprised if sometime either during or at the end of that drip-feeding - your entire site will likely be deindexed, and you may have to start over.
Don't buy SEO services unless you know what you are buying, and the person supplying it knows what he/she is doing. This does not even sound remotely like a strategy normal SEOs would employ. Blasting 10,000 links out of the blue at anything that doesn't typically get that kind of link volume and velocity is bound to have negative repercussions regardless of the age of the site. The only thing that would make it a viable strategy is if it is not unusual for your site to get that kind of link volume/velocity.
Even though I'm not an SEO - I have enough experience with G to feel pretty confident you are not going to like how this all shakes out. Do keep us posted, and of course I hope I am completely wrong. Good luck!
