do i have spend $25 again..? can i combine it with previously spend money? Or previously spent $200 coupon?

No. Not at this, once u spend $25 you will get $100 credits and yes one time spend

I already have accounts on which i have spent $200 already...do i have to spend $25 again...in order to apply this coupon to those accounts?

only use coupon once on 1 account .

you can only use your own bank card to use bing there very strict.

if anyone got a working multipule cards for bing please pm me cheers ...

You need to spend $25 for every coupon. Then you will get $100 credits and one time spend

I talked to Bing ads customer service they said you have to ACTUALLY spend $25 from your pocket in order to avail that $100...so there is not option of using Virtual cards...And there is nothing wrong in using actual card...in my 2 years of using Bing ads...i used actual card each time...but never paid even a single penny to them...use actual card and top them up with coupon...when coupon expires pause the campaign...and move to next account...you can create 5+ accounts thru same card...with Bing ads...thus there is no shortage of cards while dealing with Bing ads.
