Hello guys, is it possible to grow with Jarvee your personal IG nowadays? Or the only option is to pay sopmeone to do this for you(ex. manual growth) ?

If possible with jarvee, what i need? Good quality proxy etc? Please help me. I don’t want to get clients or something, its just personal IG, just want some people from my country, city, native people, that’s all… Let's say 500-700 followers a month would be perfect.

Or if Jarvee its not the best option for this, what would you recommend? Or only paid options are available like shoutouts, manual growth etc?

Jarvee is very good to manage multiple IG accounts but is very expensive nowadays
 
Nowadays, simply liking other people's posts and commenting "Nice shot" doesn't work anymore. The best strategy is to:

- Grow your first 1–5K followers through paid shoutouts
- Consistently post high quality content
- Use high-engaging hashtags

In the first weeks you won't see any results, but after about 4 weeks, you should be generating a few hundred followers every month. If you only want to post personal pictures, building your personal brand through TikTok is the way to go.
 
it's working but people changed a bit, you will be better with buying shoutouts or other fast marketing stuff on insta

bullshit lmao. You can get to 5k within a week of manual follow/unfollow + like.

95% of shoutouts are scam.

5k a week? That's the case if you advertise through comments using hundreds of child accounts, not using a single account. API limits are just too low to make these numbers possible. If he looks for shoutouts in Telegram groups, he will almost certainly be scammed. That's true; instead, he should look for shoutout sellers in the forums. I am sure he will find some quality services out there.

Do you possibly have a general shoutout page that’s legit or a tip to find one in my niche?

There is better service than Jarvee for growth
 
I know of a few services, but none have the reputation or functionality that Jarvee had *sigh*
