Growth + Traffic , need help.

Hello.
I was considering myself a Growth hacker too, but i think im not atm.
The company that i work sells tours for tourist and native ppl.

I Growed a Instagram from 0 to 2.3k , Twitter 2k and facebook 1.4k (2 weeks)
But having a hard time now.
My boss just put a KPI of "50k Traffic" , i did just 7k wasting some money on adwords (old campains that i tried to put better but didnt worked much.), raising Facebook/Twitter/Instagram

Im using the money atm in FaceAds, it grow the facebook base, from (700 to 1.4k), but very slow, and dont convert much traffic to the site.
I think im gonna loose my job
Do u have any advice to generate traffic?
What about grow Facebook?

We are using email marketing, but he count this channel as "his" now.
we will send remarketing and emails to the base (8k base +- ) hope at least 30% open it, etc.

Im wasting near $700 dls on Adwords , $200 dls on Facebook.
And cant get more for other tatics or test stuff before i show some "return"

I see return of raising fan base in Facebook, Massplanner grow my IG and TW.
And im feeling a bit lost, i was thinking a Growth only "Grow" the base, not generate Traffic, but thats the mission.

If thats the wrong section sorry, and please move i tried to figure out where was the right place.

Faceads are going good for grow base. near 1.5k but still expansive.
Will try to talk to my boss and focus on content and not in the "50k" traffic, but i doubt he will listen.

Anyway still looking for methods.

MassPlanner are on with Twitter and Instagram. ( +- 2.1k each)
Adwords are a big waste of money at the moment, bring some traffic and waste a lot.

I got a method to get some traffic but it requires some work.... maybe you could hire a VA. Anyway if you are interested PM me as I don't want it to be open and become to saturated

Learning the tracktion model and testing 3 channels per time.
Now we know the main point isnt Traffic anymore, but leads.

Social dont perform much in this way, but still better then Adwords.

That amount that you've grown is not even consider as growth hacking.

it's too small and anyone can do it easily...

Every network has it's own pros and con, basicall the best go to traffic source are pinterest, facebook, instagram and twitter.

The rest are just kinda mediocre
