I'm looking for a seller/provider that can offer a service to skyrocket one of my client's Instagram's by about 50k-100k. I'm familiar with mass dm, mass comment, mother/child/slave, mass shoutout, celebrity giveaways, etc. (Open to new methods too) Of course I'd prefer to do this naturally through the explore page but the Instagram algorithm is literally catapulting itself into a wannabe TikTok. I'm looking to do this as a quick method to jumpstart her and then proceed into the mother-child method to keep the growth steady. I need the growth to be very targeted as we want to keep her engagement rate up as high as possible for future brand deals. Good luck trying to get 100k legitimate followers for under $2k. You'll either have to resort to extremely blackhat & spammy methods or you'll end up getting followers as shitty as the fake followers from a panel.

Mother/child won't get you those results for less than $10k. Those followers will also be extremely poor and spammy. Mother/child tends to attract extremely low quality followers. Same with mass DMs.

Celebrity giveaway followers are worse for your engagement than fake followers... and the followers are worthless.

Shout-outs won't get you those results for less than $10k. You'll likely get sent fake followers from the shout-out provider as well.

So create better content and try to go viral if you want to get real followers. Yes, Instagram is becoming like Tik Tok. Create Reels and go viral that way. Your client will thank you.

By being creative with the Mother/Child strategy and with some other features, the quality of followers can be what you want : low, average or good. The followers quality is linked to your competitors audience, which means a real & niche-targeted audience will most likely provide good quality followers. Saying that it's extremely poor quality audience, well, not at all. Compared to IG ads, shoutouts and others - we are able to filter the audience and get rid off the profiles without avatars, too high followings,...

I allow myself to say this as we are currently growing more than 400 clients on the Gram, with some huge growth of 2,000 - 3,000 followers per day, which indeed cost an average of what you said (~ $10k). However, most of the clients aren't even aiming for numbers above 500 followers per day, which makes the budget really affordable (our lowest package is at 170€/month).

However.. Talking about budget, you are completely right. No one will ever provide 100k followers for 2k$.
There is no "1 price" that fits every client, because every account grows differently (from x1 to x10) so price range to think of can vary a LOT and is ranging between 0.05 to 0.40$ per follower, depending on the niche + client account quality.

People have to understand that followers isn't "only growth". They also can be monetize. I can't even count the number of clients that sell high tickets every months (few thousand $) with only a small package. So yes - you spend some money upfront, you grow and gain authority, but you should also be able to monetize your page. If you don't, it means you don't master your niche (at least not yet) ; followers = leads too
