Growing with Jarvee after being flagged on Instagram

Hi guys! I am going to explain my case:
I have been using Python since October 2018 on my personal account. It's an old account from 2011. Only likes and comments. Everything was perfect until one day 3 months ago. Suddenly, It stopped with the comments and likes. I tried to enter to my account and I couldn't. I could only see a blank screen with a message saying: "Oops, an error an occurred".
3 or 4 days later I tried to re-enter and suddenly this notification appears:

"Your comment has been deleted.
We have removed your comment because it does not follow our Community Guidelines.
If you again violate the rules, we may restrict or disable access to your account."

And then, I have my account back. But ... what happened here? i think i was flagged because of a bad settings.

Then, i bought a Social Media Proxy from HighProxies and started to use Jarvee with Follow and Unfollow starting with slow settings and increasing. But just before the blocks began I was lucky and I stopped Jarvee because Follow / Unfollow is not my thing. I prefer comments and likes.

So, i need your help
In these difficult days, in my case, what settings do you recommend for comments / likes? I know about spin text but i am worried about the rest.

Any advice will be welcome. I am a newbie.

Hmm comments looks so spammy try only likes? but idk if you will really grow fast with it. try 40 a day and add every day 20 to it
