Tweet frequently, use pictures and hashtags,engage with others, retweet and reply on their profiles. Promote your account outside twitter too, post content on the best post reach time.
Hashtags will not be much use, if your account is adult as I presume it is then it will most likely be shadowbanned and therefore not show up on hashtag searches. Search 'pussy' for example. You won't find pictures of pussies. Growing the account completely organically will be extremely difficult with the aforementioned shadowbanning in place. To grow to any sort of relevant size to start converting traffic (around 50-100k imo), you will most likely need to pay for promotion. Retweets have the most positive effect on account growth.

I started growing a new one like 1 month ago, 100% organic and I'm at 6000 followers and the engagement is amazing.
So I guess it just takes patience.

How your optimising for engagement?? My tweets are getting little to no impression. Am i missing something? I used follow for follow and unfollow method, now I have enough followers but they are not engaging with my content.

Basically, I'm studying and experimenting with various types of posts and post hours to determine what works better. Then I plan my posts and post content according to that.
Also, I don't use follow/unfollow method because that doesn't bring engaging users you know? People just follow you back, they have no interest in your content.

By engaging with people who interact with accounts similar to mine. I actually following 0 people, I don't like the follow/unfollow method. Just comment on stuff, like stuff, and post every hour basically.
