I've been doing instagram for 1 year now. I've grown a lot of accounts for myself and for clients all using powerlikes and rounds. I have yet to grow an account via shoutouts. One reason is because the ROI is so low it isn't worth it for most accounts, but I've never had to grow personal accounts untill a few weeks and I know that it's pretty impossible(used lightly) to grow them the "organic" way.
Have any of you grown accounts for clients( or your own) using shoutouts? If so, how was the ROI on it?
