Growing Page: Ads or Shoutouts?

Hi guys,

Looking for some info's / suggestions here.

So I have a page with 77K likes now - tier1 only - likes made through ads (post engagement - invite to like & groups posts methods) I know that soon as i\m reaching 100k I will not be able to invite people to like my page and I need to know if shoutouts are working on facebook?

I tried on Instagram, and it's ok, but never on facebook - for example, somebody asked me for 250$ for a seven day pinned post on a two mil facebook page - 14-30k likes per page.

But still I don't know about conversions on Facebook - are people going to like my page or?

I know, the pinned post must be top-notch and i have something in mind but...no knowledge about facebook conversions in shoutouts.

I've seen big pages with tens of millions of likes do shout-outs for other pages, obviously also a success otherwise why would they do it?
Ads are expensive and if you're new to them, you're going to be spending a lot of time and/or money to get the right paid ads done successfully

I would recommend you stick to shout-outs for now. At least try them out.

That I can't tell you, it depends on your content and how you promote yourself.

Yes,it does really work!! one time I got like 300K followers on facebo*k within a week using like 4 or 5 big famous faceb pages

I'm in the 1.1 mil range now

Hey lorentzo, can you message me too about the shoutout you did on fb? i am interested as well, i need to atleast 5k fans for people who are in the TV series/movies niche, can you help me out? how to go about it and how much you think it would be? i would greatly appreciate it
