Many people are getting lucky with reels and it makes them grow MASSIVELY overnight. This ultimately leads to ghost followers - aka you’re likes and comments are low but follow count high. This is ultimately not worth much if you are trying to influence or work with brands.

I believe people are upstarting these accounts with mother account approach. If you look closely they have one successful account then use it to seed the others with a start helping the algorithm. Get lucky with one account then build more in similar niche.

Just do your own research why is it happening, you might find a clue. There are many experts who are bulk posting reels and 1-5% reels go viral
