Growing from zero or buying an account?

What is a better option if trying to build a personal IG page? I am thinking to grow one from scratch with reels because I can make daily content.
But maybe it's better to buy an account with real engagement and real followers and start uploading my content.
Is it even possible to buy an account with real followers and real engagement these days?

For a personal account, I recommend starting the account from scratch. If you buy an account and do NOT maintain the content already posted, the Instagram algorithm realizes that your audience is no longer as interested in your posts and severely limits your reach. Speaking from own experience.
