Growing from 10k to 100k - What Methods would you use?

I currently have a account with 10k followers but not used any powerlikes or buy methods. I want to try and target organic plus targeted (location based) users,

What would you recommend to get to that level of followers.

Buy powerlikes? Bots? Other ideas?
