Here Ill give you some free advice:
1. go to youtube
2. find interesting video/s with lots of engagement ( in your niche) download and use in ads
3. run some ads on facebook in 3rd world countries
4. IMPORTANT - these need be countries with lots of English speakers
5. Target only English speakers
6. Split Test and keep best performing ads / countries - placements etc
7. You should get pretty good numbers like .01 cent a page like or Ive seen even less .004 cents

You need to be very sure before you jump into this. be sure to carry out enough research on the issues of facebook pages. I am sure that with enough research work, you will be able to make decision that are very fact based. You need to identify a niche which you will be having the page operate on. More so on the field that you have passion in. Don't just do it for the sake.
