Growing/Converting Pinterest to Ecommerce

Hi there,

I currently have around 2.2k followers on my men's fashion pinterest page.
Other than following, liking and repinning, what are some good ways to ensure constant growth but also have my followers visit my website? I'm seeing little site traffic even for this amount.
