You could pay $10 a month for a server or $10k a month but if they don't work and no support then they are both as worthless as each other.
People would prefer to have peace of mind that you have a tech team in place and you're not some kid sat in his underpants in his bedroom, trying to offer a service in-between going to school and catching up on sleep.
You need to tell people what you can offer them.
