Growing accounts manually?

sup guys
i wanna grow some accounts manually, lets say like 10 or 20 account. i have a phone and a computer, how would you suggest the safest way to run it in terms of devices, how could i run several accounts from just 2 devices?
Any suggestion is appreciated.

If a person has more than 5 accounts, I suggest using the mobile data on the phone for many of the accounts and turn off the Wi-Fi.

Don't quote me on this - but I believe once you log into an account on any device, Instagram stores the device ID number with that account and can link the two together. Basically, they know who you are and who's using these accounts based on which device IDs they are linked to.

Parallel space apps will let you run many accounts from 1 device.

Growing accounts manualy these day is also as hard as it is with auomation :(

I am growing 2 new accounts with the android app of IGBees. you set up a proxy on your computer and set up the app on your phone, you can add as many accounts to the app. but it needs at least a phone. because it will work just like a human with your Instagram app and you should not touch it until its finished. I've set the limits for 200 follow per day without any blocks yet (about a week now).

Use buffer to schedule posts on all of them. This way you can keep them all active.
Also there is an automation tool that can bring traffic which name is mybusinessautomation.

Use 5 accounts in a single device. So for 20 accounts you need 3-4 devices to do everything manually.

but the device id and everything would be the same or not? i mean it's not only the ip address
There is an app called multi on google play. It helps you make unlimited clones of any app. This changes the device id but keeps the same anappdroid number. Dont know if this android number goes out through the app.

Alternatively i saw a thread here 1-2 months back guiding about an app which has the option to change the android number too. I dont remember the link but try searching for it.
