I have a big (1m+) niche page which has good engagement. I've recently created a personal account in the same niche as my main page. In the 4 days of just mentioning this new account in my captions I've gained 1.5k followers and I have a 50% engagement rate with all pics above 600 likes and 20 comments. I'm planning on doing an actual post on the main page to promote it once I have more content up.
I'm really happy with how it's going so far but I don't want to rely on posts from my main page to be the only source of followers. I've noticed some of my followers aren't following my main page, but the vast majority are.
I'd like to have this page grow organically but I'm pretty clueless on how to do that these days (my main grows without me doing anything). So I have two questions
1. The page is still a personal account. Bad idea to switch to business?
2. What advice would you give to grow an account organically and without botting, given that I have a 1m page in the same niche?
