The 10k test was done in a brand new engagement group, all members were scraped from engagement groups and were active in the past week( so we know they are interested). This service is very niche specific/targeted.

Was lucky to get a review copy from the OP.
He Added 1,000+ active members to a new group. I also told the OP to add members that were active within the last 24hrs, which he did because I checked the last time the members were active when he added them to the group. Op was also polite and easy to work with. Overall this is an excellent service and I recommend him.

Is there any risk to the account? Like what if people who are added report to telegram in large number. Would TG ban the account or is it 100% safe?

The way we scrape is based on groups given to us. These groups are usually your competitors, say your competitor is a real state agency's group in the US, when scraping, most of these members will be from the US. There is no way to filter those people based on location.
We have added more than 500,000 members since starting and we have never had any accounts banned. We take every precaution to avoid that.
Yes we have worked with several niches and have had success with so many of them.Looks like an interesting service
