GROW IG ACCOUNT WITH MASSPLANNER

Hey im new in growing ig accounts with massplanner and i dont know what are the best settings to start with. I want to grow my ig account with as example the niche fitness to a big ig account. But i dont know what the best settings are in massplanner to grow my ig account, Can someone help me?
