Grow a facebook page and group?

In the past I've been growing facebook pages and groups by inviting people to join/like from different profiles... I guess this is not working at the moment, because the situation with fake facebook accounts is different...
So please, tell me whats the best way to grow pages and groups at the moment without ads... (keep in mind - I don't need to explode in 1 week... I need stable gradual growth)

In all honesty, there is only one way to grow Facebook pages or groups, and that is through cross-posting.

Growing a Facebook page organically is a waste of time to me. When you compare the effort to the return, the return is minuscule.

Post articles with interesting content, highly varal videos, interact with members and often ask interesting questions on posts to easily interact with group members

You need try a lot, i used to do for business's fanpage and i share you some things:
1. Your content reliable and attractive

2. Recomend your friends, your member team
3. join in group chat about content you wanna develop
3. Create events to attract interested audiences
4. Give your customers surprised and valuable gifts
