Groups Searching Methods

What is your groups searching methods ? please share
I find it VERY hard to find groups by searching KW,
for example if i am aiming for US groups and i am from Europe, NO way i will be able to find groups in US
only by KW searching, UK and more countries around use the English language for titles, and adding just the city or state from US in the KW is not good enough

Please share guys what is your methods for find\searching groups
