groups posternot from my private account - whats my options?

please help me
if i don't want to use my private account to start mass posting what are my options?
should i buy accounts?
those accounts should be from my country only?
people on odesk etc doing such a job?

What's your target audience? You can hire posters of those countries that you want to target.
