Groups cannot ban members anymore!

Does anyone know a way around this or how to set a groups privacy settings to CLOSED once it has more than a few hundred members... I have other marketers scraping my groups and i want to lock them out!

this is happening to me aswell. i wanna change my shit to "closed"
