That's a jacked following for sure man. 700k+ active facebook members in any niche should be easily profitable enough. The Skype groups are probably your best bet for finding a better overall monetization vehicle. Obviously if you need quick cash then a direct sale might be appealing. I think I'd suffer without the short-term cash for the long-term profit potential any day.

The worth of a Facebook group depends on the niche that it's in, the amount that has already been monetized, and the engagement. If you're not prepared to answer these questions, you're not prepared to sell it.
I don't get why you'd sell a REAL following like that unless you've already drained the income you can make from it already.
