Group Specific Targeting on Facebook - Need Strategy HELP?

Hey All,

Trying to target a specific group / groups in order to refer "someone" for their future service needs. The way this ideally works is "Joe" makes a statement I.e. "Guys I just hired Bob.. great guy.. I vouch for him". I need to create this effect and am having tunnel vision; ideas / strategies to effectuate without coming off to obvious or cheesy. How Can I make my add campaigns show up specifically to / in that group and its members? Thank you in advance and I am sorry if this is one of those annoying / obvious questions it is just that having 3rd party critique input is the best way to solidify a great plan.

Get email Ids of group members, and use the emails to create a custom audience.
