Group page with 53,065 members?

What can i do with it to make money? ideas? Ive never worked with groups. only fan pages

If I were you, I'd put instructions on the sidebar or the "info" tab. Lead them to your website with the survey or offer.

I could be mistaken, but even with a page that's that large, I believe you can change the name of it... I believe this sends a notification to all the members of the group... you can change it to something that will bring users back to your page and perhaps join another fanpage you have or visit your website.

Its a shame Facebook doesn't allow you to message all members when you have a group over 5k oh well
