Hi, has anyone had experience of group buying sites that are offering Ahrefs, Semrush etc for just $10/15 a month?
It almost looks too good to be true. Is it legit and are there downsides?

May I ask what is a go-to group buy service?

I could never decide to buy one as they all look a bit scammy. Most offer Ahrefs + Grammarly + BuzzSumo for $10/month. is that normal?
 
Have to agree with the group. Most likely you are all on Ahrefs or such for the same reason -- checking and growing backlinks. So, as you grow your profile tracking your sites the other members of the group by will be seeing your strategy. Your strategy will no longer be a secret. And unfortunately, there are bad people in the world that will just want to steal your secrets and beat you to your customers.
 
Only downside is others in the same group by package can see the keywords others searched. So if you found a good keyword, it will be exposed to others also.
 
It is legit but there is no privacy for that.

Would anyone know if there is also a group buy for Powtoon or other alternatives? Thanks!
 
Last time I had used one service, which offered Ahref for approx $5/ month. I don't remember the name, might have bookmarked it.
They provided access through Chrome extensions, which worked well in most of the cases.
